We want you to feel like each item is a great fit for your house. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll help you figure it out and get you on your way.

 

Most products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping fees apply, and the item must be in the following condition:

 

  • In its original, undamaged state
  • Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
  • It comes in its original packing. If the original packing is too damaged to ship back, you must substitute a box that is the same size as the original

 

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

 

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

 

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charge
  • Assembly services included with delivery

 

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
