Return & Refund Policy

At Marcolo, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be within 15 days of delivery.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, you can choose to receive your refund:
- As a store credit, or
- As a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
We’re happy to replace or exchange any item, regardless of its condition.
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item or replacement, simply email care@marcolo.com, and our team will handle the process for you.
Returns & Shipping
We aim to make returns completely hassle-free:
- Marcolo will cover all return shipping costs.
- You don’t need to ship the product yourself — our team will schedule and manage the return pickup for you.
- Once your item is collected and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

1. 7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you aren't 100% satisfied, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- No Invoice Needed: We’ll find your order using your name or phone number.

2. Damaged or Missing Items
We take full responsibility for your order arriving in perfect condition.
- At Delivery: If you notice any damage, tell the driver immediately. We will replace the item for free within 5 days.
- Inside the Box: If you find a broken or missing part after opening your order, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the part or the entire set at no cost to you.
