14-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason: you don't need to explain why. The only condition is that items are unused and in their original packaging. We arrange the pickup for free: Marcolo covers the return shipping.

Return Eligibility
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
- No invoice needed: we find your order using your name or phone number.
How to Return or Exchange

- Our team schedules the pickup and manages the whole process for you. You do not need to ship the product yourself.
- Return pickup is free: Marcolo covers all return shipping costs.
- Please keep the original box, accessories and packaging so we can collect the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is picked up and inspected.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method or as store credit, as you prefer.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Missing Items
- At delivery: if you notice any damage, tell the delivery person immediately.
- After delivery: if an item is damaged, or a part is broken or missing, contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- We replace the part or the item free of charge.
