Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your emirate:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman: next-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM.
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Al Ain: 2 to 3 days.
  • Same-day delivery in Dubai: available on request for an extra charge.
  • Sofa sets and sun loungers (delivered and assembled free): about 2 days in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman; 3 to 5 days elsewhere in the UAE.
Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Al Ain.
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of AED 189 and above. For orders below AED 189, the delivery fee is AED 12.

Sofa sets always come with free delivery and free assembly. Same-day delivery in Dubai is available on request for an extra charge.
Can I choose my delivery date or time?

Yes. After placing your order, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 527 7576 and we will arrange a delivery date and time that suits you. If you do not choose a time, our team will call you on the day of delivery to confirm it.
Do you assemble sofa sets?

Yes. Sofa sets and sun loungers come with free delivery and free assembly by our team. They are delivered and assembled in about 2 days in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and in 3 to 5 days elsewhere in the UAE.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, payment link, Tabby and Tamara. All payments are in AED.
How do I place an order online?

Ordering takes a few minutes:

  1. Choose your product, colour and size, then click "Add to Cart".
  2. Check your cart and click "Checkout".
  3. Enter your delivery address and contact details.
  4. Choose a payment method and confirm your order.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. For bulk or wholesale orders, call or WhatsApp us on +971 50 527 7576 and we will send you a quote based on the products and quantities you need.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?

7-day returns for any reason: you don't need to explain why. The only condition is that items are unused and in their original packaging. We arrange the pickup for free.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to return or exchange any item.
  • Returns are free: Marcolo covers the return shipping and arranges the pickup.
  • To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp or call +971 50 527 7576.

What if my item arrives damaged or something is missing?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, on WhatsApp or by phone at +971 50 527 7576, and we will replace the item or the missing part free of charge.
How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are made to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days.

Where is your warehouse and what are the opening hours?

Our warehouse is at Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2), Building 6, Warehouse 6, Dubai.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed on Sunday.

It is a good idea to call ahead on +971 50 527 7576 to confirm, especially during holidays.
