Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Marcolo, your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery for any reason; you don't need to explain why. The only condition is that items are unused and in their original packaging.

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
• No invoice needed: we find your order using your name or phone number.
• Marcolo covers all return shipping costs and arranges the pickup. You do not need to ship the product yourself.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take full responsibility for your order arriving in perfect condition.

• At delivery: if you notice any damage, tell the driver immediately. We will replace the item for free within 7 days.
• After opening the box: if an item is damaged, or a part is broken or missing, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the part or the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once a returned item is collected and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, as you prefer. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
